TERMS

Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) describes the terms
and conditions applicable to the ‘User or Users/ Yours” access and use of the
Website/ Platform (as defined below). The user accepts this Agreement/ Terms of
use by using the Website/Platform or accessing any content available through
the Website/Platform, including without limitation our (collectively, the
“Content”). Angina Legal and Tech Solutions will or shall be also referred as
in “US” or “ALTS”.
ALTS
website is provided as a complimentary facility to clients, colleagues, and
others, for general information only. The content or information on the Website/Platform
is not designed or intended to provide legal or other advice or create a
lawyer-client relationship and is not intended to solicit clients or work.
ALTS
and its partners, retainers, consultants, directors, agents, associates or
employees (including authors or contributors of any content or information on
the Website/Platform) accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may
result from accessing, or reliance on, any content on the Website and disclaim,
to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all liability with
respect to or resulting from, or arising out of or connected with acts or
omissions made by clients or readers or users on the basis of content or
information on the Website/Platform.
ALTS
may revise this Agreement/Term of Use at any time by posting revised Terms of
Use on the Website/Platform, and the user agrees that user’s use of the Website/Platform
after such changes will constitute user’s acceptance of such changes. Changes
to this Agreement will not be applied retroactively.

General
Terms:
1.1
The website/platform is
a source for informational purpose only and ALTS does not intent to promise or
guarantee to be complete, up-to-date and accurate or complete in any form and
hereby disclaims any or all the liabilities to the user, organisation as an
“entity” or any other person for any loss or damage caused by errors or
omissions resulting from negligence, accident or any other use;

ALTS does not carry any
liability for the interpretation and/or use of the information contained on
this website/platform, nor does it offer a warranty or guarantee of any kind,
either expressly or implied;
1.3
ALTS do not intend that
the links from this website/platform to other internet websites, be considered
referrals to, endorsements of, or affiliations with linked entities. ALTS is
not responsible for the contents of the websites to which links may be provided
from this ALTS Website/Platform, or other such websites or links may be active
or always available on the ALTS Website/Platform;

Also, no material may
be modified, edited or taken out of context by the user in such a way that its
use creates a false or misleading statement or impression of ALTS;

ALTS may make changes
to this Website/Platform and the content and/or improve, alter, delete the services
described on the Website/Platform at any time without any prior notice.
2.
Terms
of Constraints/ Conditions for Use
2.1
The users should make
themselves aware of the laws of their respective country/countries or those
applicable to the user in relation to any of the matters described in the
website/platform, terms of use and privacy policy. If the user chooses to
access the Website/platform or any content then it shall be deemed to be done
on his/her/them own initiative and he/she/them shall be held responsible for
compliance with applicable local, national or international laws;
2.2
The use of this website/platform
of the ALTS does not amount create any attorney-client relationship or business
relationship. Any transmission, receipt or use of this Website/platform and
information and materials contained therein, or sending and e-mail to our
offices, will not create or constitute an attorney-client relationship;
2.3
The users who are using
the website/ platform for applying internships and a position in ALTS, shall
not consider it any form of contract or relation with the ALTS;
2.4
The user agrees not to
access the Website/Platform by any means other than through a standard web
browser on a computer or mobile device;
2.5
The user further agrees
that user will not damage, disable, alter, overburden, or impair the Website/
Platform or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment.
3.
Terms
of Warranties
3.1
ALTS and its members,
affiliates, employees and authorised representatives provide the Website/Platform
and the information provided by any of the mentioned herein do not make any
express or implied warranties, representations, endorsements or conditions with
respect to the Website/Platform or the information, including without
limitation, warranties as to non-infringement, usefulness, completeness,
accuracy, correctness, reliability and fitness for a particular purpose;
3.2
ALTS does not represent
or warrant that the Website/Platform will be available or will meet the user(s)
requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, that there will be no delays,
failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no
viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or
that no damage will occur to user’s computer system;
3.3
The user has the sole
responsibility for taking adequate protection and the backup of data and/or
equipment and to take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for
computer viruses or other destructive properties;
3.4
ALTS does not take the
responsibility of viruses, destructive properties, damage to the computer
system, theft, loss of data or any form of damage caused by using the links or
other websites available on the ALTS website/Platform.
4.
Terms
of Liability
4.1
ALTS website/platform
and all content on the website/platform are provided to the User on an “AS IS”
and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty of any kind either express or
implied;
4.2
ALTS gives no warranty
to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement;
4.3
ALTS make no warranty as to the accuracy,
completeness or reliability of any Content available through the website;
4.4
The user is responsible
for verifying any Content or information before relying on it;
4.5
The use of the website/platform
and the Content available on the Website is at user’s sole risk;
4.6
ALTS makes no
representations or warranties that use of the website/platform will be
uninterrupted or error-free or virus free;
4.7
The user is responsible
for taking all necessary precautions to ensure that any content user may obtain
from the website/platform is free of viruses or other harmful code;
4.8
ALTS disclaims all
liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict
liability or otherwise, and further disclaims all losses, including without
limitation indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses and damages
arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the website/platform
or the Content, even if ALTS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.
Term
of Indemnity
The
user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold ALTS, its subsidiaries, and affiliates,
and their respective officers, agents, members, partners, associates,
directors, consultants and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim,
or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of
user’s use of the website/ platform and/or breach of this Agreement/ Terms of
Use.
6.
Terms
of Confidentiality
ALTS
will treat all the information provided by user including but limited to
information regarding User’s name, address, telephone number, date of birth,
gender, e-mail address, organisation, etc. (“Personal Information”)
confidential. ALTS will not in the ordinary course disclose any Personal Information
to any third parties except in the cases described or laid down in the Privacy
Policy;
7.
Terms
of Proprietary Rights
7.1
The website/platform
and the content are the sole and exclusive property of ALTS and/or its
licensors. The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit for
any purpose, any portion of the website/platform or the content other than as
expressly authorized by ALTS in writing;
7.2
The User hereby
acknowledges and agree that, as between ALTS and the user, all right, title,
and interest in and to the Website and the Content shall be owned exclusively
by ALTS;

Terms
of Jurisdiction
8.1
ALTS causes the control
and maintenance of this website/platform from India;
8.2
ALTS makes no
representations that the information and material contained in this website/platform
are appropriate or permitted for use in jurisdiction outside India;
8.3
The Terms of use and
the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of India without giving effect to
any principles of conflicts of laws;
8.4
The ALTS opts for the exclusive
Jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, UT without prejudice to the
right of ALTS to take action in any jurisdiction whatsoever.
9.
Termination
9.1
The user agrees that
ALTS with or without any reason, may immediately terminate his/her/them access
to the website/platform without prior notice;
9.2
ALTS may terminate or temporarily suspend his/her/them access to the website/Platform, if he/she/them
breaches or violates these Terms, required by law enforcement or other government agencies, or in case of unexpected technical issues or problems and as per the terms laid down in the Privacy Policy;
9.3
The users agree that the
termination made will be sole discretion of ALTS, and that ALTS shall not be
liable in any manner whatsoever to either him/her/them or any third-party for
any termination of access to this website/platform.
10.
Miscellaneous
10.1
If any provision of
this Terms of Use/Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable,
such provision shall be disregarded and the remaining provisions shall remain
in full force;
10.2
Any cause of action or
claim user may have with respect to this Agreement or the website/platform must
be commenced within 15 days after the claim or cause of action arises or such
claim or cause of action shall be barred;
10.3
ALTS reserves the right
to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these
Terms by the user.
