Angina Legal and Tech Solutions (“ALTS”) is a full-service consultancy and litigation firm founded by Ms. Ankita Sambyal, a female legal entrepreneur and an alumnus of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. She pursued her master’s in law from National University of Singapore specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws. The firm was established in 2019 and has its head office in Chandigarh. Through the passage of time ALTS has continued to expand its reach in the country having its representative offices situated in Delhi and Mumbai. The team at ALTS under the guidance of our founder constitutes young legal minds aspiring to provide quality services and abiding by the professional ethics.

ALTS vision is to provide innovative strategic legal advice in futuristic technologies such as Drones, Blockchain, Virtual Currency, Start Ups and Artificial Intelligence. The founder has established ALTS along with Partners, Off-Partners, Associates and Intern Trainees based on the ethical values and strategic visions to overcome the traditional law firms in order to meet the needs of the rapidly changing business environment domestically, nationally, and internationally. Our firm is a one stop access point for an enhanced legal and technology driven market.
