Ankita Sambyal


Ms. Ankita Sambyal is a pioneer of Angina Legal and Tech Solutions and has a combination of both Advisory and Litigation experience of 10 years. An alumnus of RGNUL, she holds a Master’s Degree from National University of Singapore in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law.

A startup enthusiast with strong market understanding, Ankita has worked as a Head of Legal and Compliance at Centareum Pte. Ltd. Singapore providing legal advisory to Board, covering legal issues from formation to exit for a collaborative long-term relationship.

Ankita also has a keen understanding of Blockchain, Virtual Currency Regulations, Business and Marketing Strategies for Startups, Contract Negotiation, Financing, Intellectual Property and Technology Law. Over the last 10 years she also has significant experience in heading high value litigation both civil and commercial as having previously worked with HMJ Ranjan Gogoi, former Chief Justice of India, at the chambers of Senior Advocate Manmohan Lal Sarin (Sarin and Co.) and also as Principal Associate at Prasoon’s Legal Solutions.

Apart from these Ankita expertise in civil and commercial laws, matrimonial disputes, entertainment and media law, dispute resolution, client counseling, administrative arrangements, and legal due diligence. Ankita appears before Supreme Court of India, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, High Court of Delhi, Consumer Disputes Redressal Commisions, Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act (RERA), and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

VIVEK SALATHIA

Vivek Salathia is a Chandigarh-based advocate and consultant. A merit position holder with over 16 years of Civil and Criminal Litigation, and consulting experience, his primary field of expertise is Labour and Industrial Laws, on which he provides comprehensive consultancy to variety of Government agencies including Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, and organizations such as AIDS Control Societies, Industrial and Corporate houses, Educational Institute, and the hospitality Industry. He is one of the few lawyers in the area who focuses on offering litigation and consulting services to management(s) in EPF Tribunal and High Courts on a multifarious issues relating to Provident Fund Management. He has intricately handled litigation involving Labour and Industrial Law, Civil Law and Arbitration matters. Aside from that, he has been a visiting faculty member at National Law School since 2006 and is the former Chandigarh Secretary of the Indian Bar Association.

Vaibhav Choudhary

Vaibhav received his B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) in Business and Intellectual Property Laws from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (RGNUL). He previously worked with HMJ Dipak Mishra, the former Chief Justice of India, at the Supreme Court of India and at chambers of Senior Advocate Gopal Jain, and as a senior partner in Atharva Legal LLP. Vaibhav primarily represents clients at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court in arbitration and civil litigation involving commercial disputes, especially those involving the Insolvency Code.

Vaibhav often appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Consumer Disputes Redress Commission, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Green Tribunal, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), and the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
